Law Clerk

Henry Pearson is a law clerk at Axis Legal, where he supports the firm’s Wisconsin workers’ compensation practice through legal research, drafting, and case development. He works closely with attorneys on discovery, motion practice, and case strategy, helping ensure that each claim is thoroughly prepared and positioned for the strongest possible outcome.

Henry brings experience from both the Wisconsin Supreme Court and private practice. During his time with the Court, he assisted judicial clerks with legal research and written projects involving complex legal issues. In private practice, he has drafted procedural documents, supported discovery efforts, and conducted targeted research to assist attorneys in active litigation.

At Axis Legal, Henry focuses on building practical litigation skills while contributing to a client-centered approach. He is committed to producing clear, effective work product that advances each case and supports injured workers throughout the process.

Henry is a Juris Doctor candidate at Marquette University Law School, where he serves as an Articles Editor on the Marquette Law Review and volunteers with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. He has also completed coursework specifically focused on workers’ compensation law.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was active in Phi Alpha Delta and the Pre-Law Society and was selected to participate in the Wisconsin Ideas Conference.
