Carlos Bravo serves as a bilingual Intake Specialist and Paralegal for our Workers’ Compensation team. He is often the first point of contact for injured workers, guiding them through the initial stages of their claim with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.

Carlos conducts detailed intake interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every client’s story is accurately documented from the start. He evaluates potential claims, gathers medical and employment information, and helps clients understand what to expect as their case progresses. His ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and approachable manner helps clients feel confident and supported from day one.

In his paralegal role, Carlos assists attorneys with case development, medical record collection, file organization, and ongoing client communication. He maintains accurate case files, tracks deadlines, and supports strategic case preparation to ensure each claim moves forward efficiently.

With a background in law and industrial engineering, Carlos brings structure, precision, and problem-solving skills to the team.
