Biography
John began his legal career working under Attorney Alex E. Eichhorn at Tabak Law, LLC, where he gained hands-on experience assisting injured workers and developing practical insight into Wisconsin’s complex workers’ compensation system. When Attorney Eichhorn founded Axis Legal, John was one of the first attorneys to join him, bringing continuity, commitment, and a shared vision of client-focused advocacy.
Before law school, John earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017, followed by a Master of Science in Freshwater Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. His academic path reflects a deep intellectual curiosity and an ability to think critically and solve problems—skills he now applies daily in his legal work.
John went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2024. While at Marquette, he was actively involved in student life and legal service initiatives, using his time in law school to build a foundation rooted in advocacy, communication, and real-world legal practice.
At Axis Legal, John plays a critical role in expanding access to legal services for Spanish-speaking workers and underserved communities across Wisconsin. His ability to clearly explain the law, advocate effectively, and earn the trust of his clients has made him an integral part of the firm’s mission to spin the odds in clients’ favor.
